2. Services
Crossdock provides comprehensive logistics services that include, but are not limited to:
- Ocean, air, ground, and rail transportation
- Customs clearance and foreign trade management
- Warehousing and distribution
- Logistics project management
- Project cargo services
3. Quotations and Pricing
Quotations provided are valid for a limited period specified in each quote. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in fuel costs, exchange rates, port tariffs, and other external factors.
All quotations are subject to space and equipment availability at the time of shipment confirmation.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the goods to be transported
- Comply with all applicable export and import regulations
- Obtain the necessary permits and licenses for the transportation of their goods
- Correctly declare the content, weight, and value of shipments
- Adequately package the goods for transportation
5. Limitation of Liability
Crossdock's liability for loss or damage to goods is limited according to applicable international conventions and the specific conditions of each service.
Crossdock shall not be liable for losses or damages caused by:
- Force majeure or events beyond our control
- Acts of the client or owner of the goods
- Inherent defects in the goods
- Inadequate packaging performed by the client
- Incorrect information provided by the client
6. Insurance
We recommend that our clients obtain adequate cargo insurance. Crossdock can facilitate insurance procurement at the client's request.
7. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before the provision of services. Failure to pay may result in service suspension and the application of late payment charges.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, texts, images, and design, is the property of Crossdock and is protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Modifications
Crossdock reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on this website.
10. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León.
